Class Description

Temp: Warm (30 - 35 degrees) Intensity: 💧 Meditation & Sound offers a calming and restorative experience designed to help participants slow down, reconnect, and release the stress of daily life. This nourishing class blends mindfulness, breathwork, guided meditation, and immersive sound healing into one deeply grounding practice. The journey begins with gentle breath awareness and meditation techniques that help regulate the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring participants into the present moment. Through mindfulness and body awareness practices, students are invited to soften tension, reconnect with themselves, and cultivate a deeper sense of calm and ease. The second half of class transitions into sound healing, where soothing vibrations and resonant tones create space for deep relaxation and restoration. Sound healing may support stress reduction, nervous system regulation, emotional release, improved mental clarity, and an overall sense of well-being.
